ELMO wanted their new office in Auckland to encourage their staff to engage, innovate and thrive through flexible working. As a fast-growing tech company that specialises in integrated cloud HR, payroll and rostering solutions, they also wanted their workplace to reflect who they are and how they work – with a similar look-and-feel to their other offices.
Cachet designed the Auckland office to align to the brand, while still having its own unique personality in keeping with the local area. The welcoming front of house zone incorporates breakout on arrival, so visitors feel straight at home as soon as they walk in the door. The design also includes a range of formal and informal meeting spaces, plus a variety of collaboration areas and touchdown points to cater to diverse ways of working.
Vibrant pops of colour and a variety of textures with concrete flooring, exposed columns and a ribbed ceiling create a fun and engaging environment. Geometric patterns are replicated throughout to create an interconnecting and cohesive design that showcases the brand and links each space together.
